About:

Playfight is a practice for connection — It's how humans have always bonded. Somewhere along the way we forgot. This is the remembering. Through conscious relating ,embodied games, and playfulness, we create the conditions for something rare: A space where you can explore your own embodied aliveness, while staying in connection with others.

This is a space for connection seekers - people who want to connect to themselves and others, in an authentic and embodied way.

The workshop is held be Joe, a trained Somatic Worker, and Playfight Facilitator. He creates spaces where people can be in their bodies, get in touch with themselves, and rediscover the parts of themselves that bring them closer to connection.
