Als bei Gül während einer Autofahrt die Wehen einsetzen, wird schnell klar, dass in ihrem Körper etwas heranwächst, das sich jeder natürlichen Ordnung entzieht. Blutend bringt sie ein Wesen zur Welt, vor dem selbst ihr Ehemann die Flucht ergreift. Zurück bleibt eine Mutter, gezeichnet von der Geburt und gebunden an ein Kind, dessen Schreie durch die Wälder dringen. Abgeschnitten von Alltag und Gesellschaft versucht Gül, eine Normalität zu bewahren, die längst nicht mehr existiert.

When Gül goes into labor during a car ride, it quickly becomes clear that something is growing inside her that defies the natural order. Bleeding, she gives birth to a creature so horrifying that even her husband flees. Left behind is a mother marked by the birth and bound to a child whose cries echo through the forest. Cut off from everyday life and society, Gül tries to preserve a sense of normality that no longer exists.
