Punk-Rock Punk from England. Proper punk. Not punk as a retro idea, and not some carefully recreated vintage version of it. Just loud, energetic punk with driving drums, plenty of noise and a good deal of energy. There’s also the British sense of humour, naturally.

Essex boys Rat Hole are here to take you back to a time when punk was unpretentious, underrated, and unequivocally unspeakable! Johnny Sideways and Dr. Smackpot are not only responsible for the songs, but also rather good entertainers. They know what to do with a stage and, more importantly, what to do with an audience.

Rat Hole have already made it onto the Empress Stage at Rebellion Festival in Blackpool. This time: Sonic Ballroom Cologne. If you’re into real-life, politically incorrect punk, such as Hung Like Hanratty, you’ll enjoy this show. “Turns out if you learn to play a couple of notes on the guitar and shout about bollocks, tits, cunts and wankers, you can become a punk rock superstar like me!”

Hinter jeder Kurve lauern PEGBOY und äugen NAKED RAYGUN um die Ecke. Melodisch, ruppig und kratziger Gesang, dabei schön relaxt im Midtempo.
