Gemeinsam fließen wir durch eine entspannte Yoga-Einheit voller Leichtigkeit, Freude und besonderer Momente. Kreative Balance-Übungen, fließende Bewegungen und kleine Herausforderungen sorgen für jede Menge Spaß und machen diese Stunde zu einem Erlebnis der besonderen Art. 🌿

Ganz egal, ob du Yoga-Anfänger*in bist oder bereits Erfahrung auf der Matte mitbringst: bei diesem Event stehen das gemeinsame Erleben und die Freude an der Bewegung im Vordergrund. 💫

Kleidung & Yogamatten:

Wir empfehlen Kleidung, die Bewegungsfreiheit bietet. Die Yogamatten werden dir im Studio bereitgestellt, du kannst aber auch gerne deine eigene Matte mitbringen.

Die Teilnahme ist ab einem Alter von 1********6 Jahren erlaubt. Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, beim Einlass einen gültigen Lichtbildausweis (z. B. Personalausweis oder Reisepass) zur Altersverifikation zu verlangen. Bei dem Event wird ein Glas Wein kostenlos serviert und achtsam getrunken.

So kommst du ins Studio:
Von der Niehler Straße aus kommend am Tor 1 (Bistro) in die Josefine-Clouth-Straße einbiegen.
Nach ca. 200 m befindet sich auf der linken Seite ein Parkhaus. Rechts von der Einfahrt ist ein kleiner Weg: gehe diesen entlang und auf der rechten Seite befindet sich der Eingang zum Gebäude C, Clouth 104.
Berühre das Display, tippe das Schlüsselsymbol an und gebe dem Code 9922 ein, bestätige anschließend. Die Tür öffnet automatisch.
Das Studio bzw. der Raum befindet sich in der Etage M / Stockwerk 1 hinter der Glastür.

What to Wear & Yoga Mats

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement. Yoga mats will be provided at the studio, but you're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

Participation & Age Requirement

Participation is restricted to guests aged 16 and over. The organizer reserves the right to request a valid photo ID (such as a passport or identity card) upon entry for age verification purposes.

A glass of wine will be served during the event and enjoyed mindfully throughout the session.

Prefer ****a Non-****Alcoholic Option?

How to get to the studio:

Coming from Niehler Straße, turn onto Josefine-Clouth-Straße at Gate 1 (Bistro).

After approximately 200 meters, you will see a parking garage on the left. There is a small path to the right of the entrance; follow it, and you will find the entrance to Building C (Clouth 104) on your right.

Touch the display, tap the key icon, enter the code 9922, and confirm. The door will open automatically.

The studio (or room) is located on the mezzanine level (Level M / 1st floor) behind the glass door.
